Origin of name - Reduced and altered greatly from the base word, animorph, meaning metamorphosis into a different animal.
Essence Ability - Transform into select animals
Culture - Typically a tribal race, many were enslaved by the Vael empire before the war. They held an uprising, helped rebelling armies and the L'entian Unified Army to defeat the Vael empire, then settled down in the new Burku kingdom. Almost completely wiped out when the Dhiaga conquered the Burku kingdom.
Aygiff's wear loosely fit robes and something called a gaaban. They only wear robes and other loosely fit garments because if they transform into animals while wearing normal clothes, those clothes will rip and tear and generally get lost. A gaaban is a boxer like leathery garment andis magically imbued to stretch and grow with the aygiff's transformation, unless the animal is of a gigantic size (like an elephant) or a very small size (like a mouse).
Physical Attributes - Tan, of medium height. Pointy ears that lay back against their head. (Heterochromia is not a common racial attribute.)
